This verse is something we all need to simply make a part of our very being. My husband and I chose this as our bible verse because it’s the greatest reminder of what Jesus would want from our marriage. 
It puts all other commandments into perspective. If everything that we do is done from a point of love, the world would be an easier and much nicer place to live in. It’s the most difficult thing to do and you need to constantly remind yourself of this. I do it (less often than I want to) in my marriage but I do it nonetheless.
