What did Jesus mean by this?
Our burdens are lighter because He carries it with us.
The apostle Paul says "To this end I strenuously contend with all the energy Christ so powerfully works in me." (Colossians 1:29 NIV)
Paul's energy came from Christ.
He carries our burden and He is the energy that works within us. Make Him your energy too!
